LifePass Offer: Laughter Yoga Leader Training Become a certified laughter yoga leader and help to spread the laughter in social laughter clubs, yoga & fitness studios, senior care facilities, and in the workplace.
The course is held in St. Albans and comprises of 2 days of Laughter Yoga leader training.

Biography:
UnitedMind was established in April 2002. In June 2004 The Laughter Club International (UK) was founded in St. Albans and has since then been run from the UnitedMind premises.
I provide holistic therapies and workshops that make a difference to people and organisations
Whether it is at privately held sessions, charity events, internationally organised shows, team building facilitation, mother's and father's groups, special needs workshops or local fairs and other events.
About Lotte Mikkelsen
In 2002, after thirteen years in the IT industry, both in the UK and my native Denmark, I chose to redirect my energy towards making a difference to the quality of people's lives.
My ambition is to make complementary therapy and laughter therapy available to everyone.
Since studying and practising holistic treatments it never ceases to amaze me the number of ways holistic therapy can be used to bring about total health.
I firmly believe that anyone, irrespective of their age or physical condition, can experience improvements to their health and well-being by any one of these treatments.
Certifications
Holistic Therapy is an ongoing process of education and personal development.
Existing techniques are always being refined to achieve maximum results in the shortest possible time.
As new therapies and treatment methods are introduced the need for education continues.
