Neil Davidson
Founder/Managing Director, Neil has been previously successful as an entrepreneur and innovator. He has owned companies that have won DTI SMART awards, The British Press innovation of the Year award, and Neil personally won the Prince Philip award for innovation and is a Patron of the UK Entrepreneurs Society.
Rob Sewell
Operations Director, Rob has previously worked as an actor, model, martial arts instructor and personal trainer. Rob co-founded the network alongside Neil and has been an integral part of building the vision, putting an incredible amount of effort and creativity into the business, providing extraordinary value and potential for the future of the company.
Stephen Crown
Chairman, Stephen Crown is a successful businessman and qualified accountant. Stephen's main business career has been in Data Storage and Management with British Data Management PLC from 1976-1996.The company was floated on the main exchange in 1992 and sold in 1996. Subsequent to this Stephen built up a Recruitment business which was sold in 2006. Currently Stephen is Non-Executive Chairman of First Flight Placements Ltd.
Kate Lavender
Non-executive Director, Kate Lavender has spent over 10 years as a successful Director of Sales, Customer Service and Operations divisions of blue chip organisations such as AIRMILES, AXA PPP healthcare and lastminute.com.
Kate has the enviable reputation for transforming businesses and their results, carefully balancing people, process, purpose and performance into the delivery of tangible business triumphs. Kate’s passion is in proving the link between highly satisfied customers with well motivated staff who care about the customers experience.
Jeremy Thomason
Non-executive Director, Jeremy Thomason is a formally trained Chartered Management Accountant and moved on to the Banking environment initially with United Dominions Trust and latterly Lloyds TSB and Hill Samuel where he acted as Financial Director.
Jeremy moved into Financial Services with a small firm of IFAs in London and was involved with a buy-out in 1997. With the CEO, Jeremy expanded the IFA to become a major nationwide company (winning best adviser of the year) providing financial advice to high net worth individuals and SMEs.
The company, Thomsons Group plc, was sold in 2001 and Jeremy headed a team which expanded the company to a £60m turnover company from the £2m company that had been purchased.
Jeremy successfully oversaw the integration of over 20 businesses including re-organising computer, accounting, administrative, sales and compliance systems, and HR structures. Jeremy worked with Deloittes Human Resources Department on their latest re-organisation.
