Founder's Introduction

“Wouldn’t it be great if everyone could feel their best, most of the time and have fun creating a radiant lifestyle?“

That was the thought that lead to Rob Sewell and I starting the Wellbeing Network in 2002. At that time, most providers within the wellbeing world were not checked for quality and the offerings were very diverse, sometimes with dubious credentials.

We wanted to raise the bar for quality and unite the best wellbeing providers under one organisation. Wellbeing “searchers” would then have a trusted place to access the best in wellbeing. They would also have the option to join a community, that supported one another to get the very best out of life.

It became a mission that our wonderful team of supporters became passionate about and worked way beyond what was reasonable to create. In just 4 years, we pulled together thousands of the best providers and came up with choices that could make almost anyone really feel great and have fun.

Six years on, our team are as passionate as ever and our goal is to make the workplace healthier, happier and more rewarding. With a massive range of choices now built, we offer organisations and businesses a simple, “ready-made” benefits package that takes care of its employees’ needs.

In particular, S.M.E.’s (small and medium sized businesses) can, for the first time, offer employee benefit packages that only large companies had been able to do previously. We can cater for companies of fifty employees, to large organisations of 10,000 plus.

Our passion, vision, commitment and love have enabled us to create something we are all very proud of. We really care about people feeling great. We will continue to express our passion for wellbeing and make a difference to as many people as we can.
