Biography:
“Be Still Like A Mountain, But Flow Like A Great River” – Lao Tze
Teaching Tai Chi continues to inspire me. The inner beauty of this internal art, begins to manifest in your life, bringing you balance, grace, improved health and a greater sense of well being.
Having trained extensively with Master Jason Chan and the Light Foundation for 5 years, my path became clearer and I felt empowered to share the insights and knowledge gained from many years of training in spiritual and personal development, from both Eastern and Western Traditions.
I continued my teaching training with the City Literary Institute with a City & Guild's certificate, which qualifies me to teach adult learners within adult education institutions. I furthered my professional development with a Personal Trainer module in Stress Management and Exercise Psychology and completed a CPPD in Conventional and Complementary approaches to Stress Management at Thames Valley University.
I am currently teaching at the City Lit in Covent Garden, London and at various centers in Chiswick, Ealing, Brentford, Acton and Southall. In addition I teach individual clients and undertake corporate work, empowering employees with techniques to cope effectively with stress within the workplace. Corporate clients include Sony Ericcson, Glaxo Smith Kline Beecham,RMG Consulting and Voice Care, a charity based in North London.
I also have a Diploma in Life Coaching, and offer an approach that emphasises balanced living, with a focus on holistic and energetic approaches.
My teaching integrates various stress management techniques utilising the wisdom and teachings of the ‘Infinite Arts’, with the intention to assist others on their path of self development and well being.
What Is Tai Chi And Chi Kung?
Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements that make up a flowing balanced form. The deep breathing exercises are based on the wisdom of the Tao, connecting you to powerful forces within nature and within yourself. Chi Kung is breathing exercises in mainly standing postures. Both Tai Chi and Chi Kung are exercises designed to enhance the flow of our chi life force around the meridians, energy channels in the body, thus improving your health and vitality.
The Benefits of Tai Chi and Chi Kung are many but include:
· Relieving stress within the mind/body
· Creating a more peaceful, creative mind
· Relaxing the body, but creating dynamic energy – chi, life force
· Connecting to the power within you, your infinite spirit
· Developing a greater sense of balance and well being
· Enhancing your health and immune system
· Empowering your daily life with skills to strengthen the body and mind.
In addition to courses in Infinite Tai Chi and Chi Kung, I offer introductory workshops and workshops designed to combine Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Life Balance Coaching.
The emphasis in all my teachings is creating balance within, harmony of mind and body, and moving forward to living your life purpose and enormous potential.

flowing with Faeeza |
Wednesday, July 04, 2007 5:00:32 PM |
Review: Over several sessions, Faeeza has taught me a combination of Tai Chi/Chi Kung exercises and movements which are particularly suited to my energy type and level. She has helped me to feel stronger, and even though I've had some difficult times lately, I feel that I'm much better equipped to deal with them. Faeeza is so relaxed and easy-going, thank goodness some of her personality seems to have rubbed off onto me! I know several people who attend her groups and classes and they think she's brilliant, too.

Tai Chi & Chi Gong Workshop |
Thursday, June 21, 2007 12:00:08 PM |
Review: I recently attended an introductory Tai Chi and Chi Gong workshop run by Faeeza in Ealing. Our group had limited experience of the practice but Faeeza was patient and clear with her instruction. She gave us time to get into the flow of the movements and made sure that everyone was comfortable before moving onto the next posture. Her whole approach is calm and re-assuring and her voice is soft and gentle and able to guide you into meditation of the breath. It was a most relaxing (yet energising) morning. Thank you. |

Chi Kung private session |

Review: Faeeza teaches with passion for her subject and skill and gently guided me into the positions patiently. She was careful to make sure I was able to go at my own pace and brought my attention to sensing the energy which began to flow in my body in each posture. I would be happy to recommend her as an excellent teacher. |

A series of Tai Chi and Qi Gung classes with Faeeza |
Sunday, June 03, 2007 5:20:50 PM |
Review: I attended 4 classes organised with Faeeza.
She began each session with some Qi Gung practice to help us build energy and poise for the Tai Chi.
We were a group of about 20 people of mixed experience. Faeeza gave us personal attention to form and focus, and was able to teach the the more experienced practitioners movements further along the process, while we beginners repeated the earlier steps.
I regret I have been unable to continue with her classes - as a therapist myself I am called on to practice sometimes at short notice. I hope to be able, in time to set aside specific times for class work, or alternatively, private lessons with Faeeza!
I find Faeeza approachable and patient, and relaxed and human as a teacher. This is a very refreshing change!
I recommend her to anyone looking for a Tai Chi or Qi Gung teacher. |

Chi Kung and Tai Chi workshop |

Review: I did one of Faeeza's introductory workshops in a beautiful space in Ealing. It was several years since I had done both Chi Kung and Tai Chi. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Faeeza is passionate and professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to friends and my corporate clients. |

Chi Kung and Tai Chi |
Tuesday, February 27, 2007 11:46:43 PM |
Review: Faeeza gave me a wonderful introduction this morning to both these practices - plus the motivation to continue. I feel the raised chi (energy) still flowing at nearly midnight (quite unprecedented!) and I want more! I know that a simple programme every morning will enable me to get the most out of life, so, with Faeeza's support, that is my goal. Thank you! |

Introductory Chi Kung and Tai Chi Workshop |
Monday, January 08, 2007 8:18:40 PM |
Review: I recently attended an introductory Chi Kung and Tai Chi workshop with Faeeza and was most impressed by her knowledge and also her gentle, encouraging style. I had done a little Chi Kung before but this was my very first experience of Tai Chi, which is smooth, graceful and even intellectually challenging as there are so many movements to remember. The benefits of this workshop were confirmed later that very same day when my craniosacral therapist, who was treating me for a back injury caused by a fall from a horse, told me that my energy felt better than it ever had before! I then realised that the workshop had laid a strong foundation for the craniosacral work, creating balance and increasing its potential. I hope to attend more of Faeeza’s classes and make Tai Chi a part of my life. |
