Biography:
I am a Reiki Master and Teacher trained in the Usui Method of Natural Healing and registered with the UK Reiki Federation as a Master/Teacher member. I run Reiki I & II courses on a regular basis and Reiki Master/Teacher training once a year as well as offering Reiki treatments for helping with any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual issues or for "simply" assisting with either personal or spiritual development,.
I am also a qualified hypnotherapist, specialising in stop smoking treatments, working with weight loss, phobias, habit breaking, performance anxiety, sports performance, confidence issues, panic attacks and many more. I trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and am an affiliate member of the British Society of
Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH).
I am also a fully qualified level 2 EFT practitioner,
registered with AAMET (The Association for the Advancement of Meridian
Energy Techniques) and an Independent Distributor of Forever living Products.
