As a teacher, coach and Tai Chi instructor, I'm passionate about education, learning and personal growth.  I'm lucky enough to work as a teacher in an excellent secondary school in West Sussex, so I am surrounded by curiosity all day.  I think it's this curiosity about life and ourselves that allows us to grow and develop beyond the current limits we might have placed on ourselves.  As the Coaching Development Manager for my school and, before that as a manager and coach with Marks and Spencer, I have helped hundreds of people to move beyond who they thought they were, into who they wanted to become.  It is such a fantastic job to have, that I now also train people in the simple approaches to life that are the fundamentals of coaching yourself or others.
